    How many days do I have to return my order?

    You have 14 days from the delivery date to register your return.

    Are return shipping costs free?

    No. Return shipping costs are always at your own expense.

    Does MENEWAA offer exchanges (for example, a different size)?

    No. MENEWAA does not offer exchanges.
    If you would like a different size or color, you can return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

    In what condition must the item be to be accepted as a return?

    Items must be in perfect, resellable condition:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Undamaged
    • Free from any signs of wear (no odor, no stains, no marks, no stretching, no fabric damage)
    • With all original tags still attached

    If we detect any signs of wear or use, the return will be declined.

    Will I receive my money back when I return an item?

    This depends on the type of item:
    • Regular-priced items:
    Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
    • Sale items and orders purchased with a discount code:
    These are not eligible for a cash refund and will be refunded as store credit (MENEWAA voucher).

    How do I register a return?

    1. Send an email to menewaa@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. You will receive a return form, which must be completed within 3 business days.
    3. Return the items in the original packaging, with the order number clearly visible.
    4. Ship your package via PostNL or DHL and keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

    What happens if I send my return after the 14-day window?

    Returns sent after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

    How long does it take to receive my refund or store credit?

    Once your return has been approved, it will be processed within 10 business days.
    For refunds to your bank or card, your provider may take an additional 1–3 business days to show the amount.


    Can I return an item that I have already returned before?

    No. Items that have been returned once cannot be returned again.
