Refund policy

You may return items within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in flawless, resellable condition, with all original product tags attached.
If we detect any signs of wear including odor, stains, marks, stretching, washing, or fabric distortion the return will be declined.

All returns are fully inspected before approval. Approved returns will be processed within 1–3 business days after your package has been delivered to our warehouse.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
MENEWAA does not offer exchanges.

RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Email menewaa@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive a return form, which must be completed within 3 business days.
3. Return the item(s) in the original packaging, with the order number clearly visible.
4. Ship via PostNL or DHL and keep your proof of shipment until the return is processed.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:
• The item shows any sign of wear
• The item has been washed, altered, or repaired
• Original tags are missing or detached
• The item is not in resellable condition
• The order number is missing
• The return exceeds the 14-day return period

REFUND POLICY

Regular-priced items

Approved returns of regular-priced items will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
Your bank may take an additional 1–3 business days to show the refund.

Sale items

Sale items are not eligible for monetary refunds.
Approved sale returns will receive store credit (MENEWAA voucher).

Orders purchased with a discount code

Orders placed using a discount code are treated as sale items and are only eligible for store credit, not monetary refunds.

Previously returned items

Items that have been returned before cannot be returned again.
