Processing Time

Please note: processing times exclude weekends (Saturday + Sunday) and public holidays.
• Processing time for all orders: 1–2 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

Domestic Shipping – Netherlands (PostNL)
• Shipping fee: €6.95
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Free shipping on orders above €200

International Shipping – Europe & Worldwide

All international orders fall under our International Shipping policy.
• Flat rate: €15.00
• Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch
• We do not ship to countries where DHL does not provide service
• We do not ship to South Africa

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, holidays, and local carriers.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

MENEWAA is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Not picking up from a collection point
• Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:
1. File a claim with the carrier
2. Email us with your order number and all relevant details:

We will assist where possible, but carriers are responsible for delivery performance.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for all:
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Additional fees charged by their country

These costs are not included in your order total.
